Kyle has a passion for fitness that originates from his love for sports and being physically active. After playing soccer competitively for 15 years, he continued to pursue his passion for staying in his best physical shape possible. My main goal is to teach correct exercise techniques. He also wants to help his clients become the absolute best version of themselves physically and mentally. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and specializes in weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise.
