DO WORKOUT CHALLENGES EVEN WORK?

Absolutely, the average person can lose between 20-25 lbs. in 6 weeks. We have structured this challenge with a time frame that allows each person enough time to see the results they desire without it being too difficult and drop out. Too short, and it won’t have lasting impact; too long, and you’re liable to burn out. Six weeks is an ideal time frame to establish long lasting habits.

HOW DO I GET MY WORKOUTS?

All workouts are video guided through our app by Trainerize which is easily accessible and allows for everything to be in one place throughout the entire 6 weeks. They are calendarized and easy to follow.

HOW AM I HELD ACCOUNTABLE?

There will be weekly check-ins with one of our coaches, as well as an online support support group with others in the challenge. Our Weekly Accountability System provides an Accountability Coaching 2-way communication through the app. It’s like having a personal trainer in your back pocket! If you do your workouts in our club, our team members are also there to help in any way possible. Included is a nutrition consultation, 2 free personal training sessions, and a rehab & recovery session.

WHAT EXERCISES ARE IN THE CHALLENGE?

There is a combination of bodyweight, strength training, and cardiovascular exercises.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

It’s easy! Simply click the learn more button and fill in your information to register for the challenge. Once your information is received you will be prompted to schedule a phone consultation with our Director of Fitness to answer any questions, review your goals, and get you ready to start 2021 with a new you!

The challenge is based on our expert staff that created a fitness program that is meant to teach you and help create gym habits that will set you up for success even after the program is over. What’s more, the nutrition component provides meal hacks, recipes, and guides when eating at restaurants to help prepare you for the real world. Our third and most important part of the challenge is the community you will meet along the way! Our Fitworks team members and community are here for you and will support you every step of the way.
